What I do not understand is why 'we' on all sides cannot accept when someone else has good ideas and embrace them. Conversely why when someone on 'your team' has stupid ideas you cannot admit it.
Regardless should not those we elect ALWAYS, without exception have ALL of our best interests at heart and be at the forefront ahead of promises or allegiances?
During the last election I was trying to insert logic into conversations and was dismissed as a racist, uncompassionate, blind follower, drank the kool-aid... these were just some of the quotes. My experience has been to dismiss ideas or approaches without thought if I was a conservative.
